Lake Creek Academy is a new inclusive secular private school in the North Woodlands area that is committed to providing safe and nurturing spaces where students can learn, grow, and express themselves freely. Our dedicated staff and policies ensure that our campus is a haven where everyone feels respected, supported, and encouraged to embrace their individuality.
At Lake Creek Academy, we have a heart for neurodivergent students, LGBTQ+ students, and students who don't fit inside the "traditional school box". Founded in August 2023, we started as a secular, science and nature focused homeschool group with 5 students who did not thrive in public schools due to a variety of factors, and had been failed by the affordable secular private schools in the area. We decided to start a quality, affordable, and truly secular private school that would be inclusive and safe for all students.

In January 2025, we made our final move to our Pin Oak Drive campus and opened for grades K-12. We will now have plenty of space to grow so we can offer extracurricular activities for students, plus on-site services such as before and after school care and on-site meeting spaces for tutors, counselors, SAT-prep, etc. We even have an educational advocate on staff to assist families at Lake Creek Academy with IEPs and 504 Plans.

In spirit with our Mission Statement and Core Values, the faculty, staff, and administration seek to foster a community that embraces all of its unique members and their histories.
